Recently, Traci and Taylor attended the Scaling New Heights 2026 Conference in Orlando, one of the nation's leading conferences focused on accounting technology, business operations, and practice management. The event brings together professionals from across the country to explore emerging technology, operational best practices, and innovative business solutions.

Throughout the conference, both Traci and Taylor participated in educational sessions and workshops, earning Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits while expanding their knowledge in areas that directly benefit our organization.


In addition to the educational sessions, they had the opportunity to explore more than 200 technology and service providers offering solutions designed to improve business operations. From payroll and billing software to recruiting tools, inventory management systems, automation, and workflow improvements, the conference provided valuable opportunities to evaluate resources that can help Yoder Pallet Company operate more efficiently and continue delivering exceptional service.
